And as soon as they stop complaining they slowly stroll back to their desk and look at the project with great disgust wondering how they are going to get this done.

If we look at ourselves and those underlying dreams and aspirations (often tucked away in the recesses of our minds where we don't have to really look at them), we all have things or had things (as a child or young person) that we would love to do or be. Money, or lack of, is the number one thing that stops most people from achieving those things they would love to do, be or have.

After all, you are going to train really hard and 'suffer' a lot, so you can at least choose a nice place where to endure your pain. Fantastic Crunch Free Ab Exercises For 6 Pack Abs








Before I get into this unique cardiovascular and total body strength workout I want you to imagine something for a minute. Have you ever had to work out either in the yard or on the farm toting bags of fertilizer, pushing a wheel barrel, or meditate carrying tools back and forth for an extended amount of time? I bought a kettlebell a few months ago and have fallen in love ever since. What makes the kettlebell so effective is its unique shape. Imagine a bowling ball with a handle. A 35lb kettlebell feels much heavier and is difficult tomaneuver than a 35lb dumbbell, simply because of the distribution of weight. With a dumbbell, all the weight is evenly distributed between two sides of the handle. With a kettlebell, you just a have a whole bunch of iron packed into this small casing. All I have to say is...don't ignore it until you've tried it.

3) Walking Lunges. These will tax your entire system, not to mention they will get your legs ON FIRE! Be sure to take a big stride to fully recruit the hamstrings and glutes. These can be done heavy, or even for a set distance or time.

The families and friends of hundreds of graduating recruits filled the stands in the Freedom Hall gymnasium on the site of the Recruit Training Center in Great Lakes, Illinois, about an hour north of Chicago. I knew my mother, two sisters, little brother, best friend, and girlfriend were all up there watching for me. I was incredibly excited, because it would be the first time I would see them since I had left for boot camp over two months before. I knew that I had changed a great deal and I was anxious to see their reactions.

Heading down to the gym on a cold winter's day. Sounds like fun? That is one of the huge benefits of kettlebells - that you can have them in your own home and just get them out when you are ready. There is no parading around the gym along with all of the body beautifuls. There is not the expense of joining the gym and you go not have the extra wasted time of a car journey each way. Much easier!
